The Tenth Cavalry Regiment of the United States Army was one of the first “Buffalo Soldier” regiments post-Civil War. In 1938 the Second Squadron of the Tenth Cavalry, led by Major Marion Caron, gathered together at West Point for a Christmas banquet.
