G. Arthur Cooper (1902-2000), chair of the United States National Museum's Department of Paleontology is known for his work with fossils from the Glass Mountains in Texas. However his full body of paleontology research extends much further than that. This field book covers a quick, two-week trip to places in Tennessee and Oklahoma in the fall of 1966. Fossils in places like Whistle Creek and Spring Creek are documented, including some sketches. Team up with other volunteers to transcribe these notes of the fossils he found, where and at which height, and descriptions of the places he visited.
