3 [[underline]]Don José Zeledon[[/underline]], San José, Costa Rica. - 4 specimens, 4 species, among which the rare [[underline]]Calliste florida[[/underline]], the only example in any American collection. [[underline]]Wm Brewster[[/underline]], Cambridge, Mass.- Two specimens of [[underline]]Junco carolinensis[[/underline]], recently described by Mr. Brewster. [[underline]]Chas. K. Worthen[[/underline]], Warsaw, Ills. – 148 specimens, 101 species, mostly North American. This valuable collection was received in exchange, and contains 5 specimens of [[underline]]Helinaia swainsoni[[/underline]], and one specimen of [[underline]]Ornithion ridgwayi[[/underline]], the latter being previously unrepresented in the museum collection. [[underline]]Specimens distributed[[/underline]]. The number of specimens of birds distributed during April is 157, representing 72 species, as follows: – [[underline]]a. Exchanged.[[/underline]] [[underline]]W. E. Brooks[[/underline]], Milton, Ontario, Canada. – 24 specimens, 4 species, chiefly from Ungava.
