at the price forty six dollars, another lot in Beaufort No 202 at the price of twenty seven 50/100 another lot in Beaufort old town No 125 at the price of one hundred and [[strikethrough]] thirty [/strikethrough]] fifty one dollars also another lot in Beaufort old town No 198 at the price of twenty nine dollars also a tract of land on the north side of Williston's Creek in Carteret County adjoining the lands of Elijah Willis & others containing twenty five acres more or less at the price of forty 40 seven dollars also another tract of land containing twelve & a half acres more or less adjoining the lands of the heirs of James Chadwick decd & the the heirs of Jos Fulford at the price of one hundred & forty dollars and at spring term 1853 of said court it appears by the report of the Clerk & Master that the purchaser has given bonds with approved security it was ordered adjudged & decreed by the said court that on payment of the purchase money the Clerk & Master make title to the purchaser. Therefore this [[Indenture?]] witnesseth that for and in consideration of the [[premise?]] & in obedience to the order of said court I [[Byron?]] L Perry Clerk & Master in Equity for the County of Carteret have granted bargained & sold & by these presents do grant bargain & sell unto the said Josiah F Bell his heirs & assigns the following lots of land in the town of Beaufort old town to wit lot No 167 one hundred & sixty seven Lot No 157 one hundred & fifty seven Lot No 159 one hundred fifty nine Lot No 199 one hundred ninety nine Lot No 202 two hundred & two Lot No 125 one hundred twenty five Lot No 198 one hundred & ninety eight also a tract of land on the north side of Williston Creek adjoing the lands of Elijah Willis & they containing twenty five acres more or less also a tract of land containing twelve & a half acres
