second part the survivors and survivors of them in special trust & confidence that they hold the same for the benefit use & advantage of the Company, according to the tenor and effect of the aforesaid article and upon trust to convey the same or any part or portion of them to the purchasing thereof and on further trust to convey the same to the Corporation when chartered and to such persons as the stockholders may in general meeting determine. Now therefore for in consideration of the Sum of Ten thousand dollars, this Indenture Witnesseth, that the said H.G. Cutler, hath given granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth give grant bargain & sell unto the said Thomas R Underwood, Alfred A McKethan, William H.
