A General Sir I have the honor to transmit herewith the Proceedings of a Board, in duplicate, convened January 2^nd 1867. by virtue of Special Order N^o 159. dated Hd. Qrs. Asst. Com^r of N. C. Bureau of R. F. and A. L. Raleigh N. C. December 20^th 1866. to consider the question of rent on a certain tract of land belonging to the estate of the late George W.
