M97 [double line] Charleston S.C. May 17th 1867 [single line] Myrick John R. Bvt. Maj. and A.S.A. [single line] Requests that all information in the possession of the Asst.Comr. of N.C. relative to the charges preferred against Capt. Horace James A. Q. M. be forwarded to District Head Qrs. also a list of all Vol.Officers, who could be detailed as members of a Gen. Court Martial for the trial of Capt. James and a proper officer to act as Judge Advocate.
