R. F. & A. L., Raleigh, N. C. Colonel; I have the honor to transmit, herewith, Vouchers of J. A. Claywell and J. S. Nelson for One Building, erected in Morganton N. C., for Freedmen's School purposes. Copies of the Contract, and of the order directing the erection of the building, accompany each voucher. Very respectfully, Your ob't Servant, Hannibal D.
