Letters 2c. for each oz. or fraction. Post cards(private mailing cards) 1c. each. Postal Cards (Government) 1c. each. AIR MAIL 5c. for first oz. 10c. for each additional oz. or fraction. SECOND CLASS Newspapers, Magazines and Periodicals 1c. for each 2 oz or fraction. THIRD CLASS Up to 8 oz. Merchandise printed and other mailable matter, 1 1/2c. for each 2 oz. or fraction. Books and catalogs, seeds and bulbs, etc., 1c. for each 2 oz. or fraction. FOURTH CLASS Packages over 8 oz., "Parcel Post". Zone rates apply. SPECIAL HANDLING Provides a means for securing same fast transit and delivery on fourth class parcels as is accorded letter mail. The additional fee is 10c. for packages of 2 lbs. or less; 15c. over 2 lbs. and up to 10 lbs.; 20c. over 10 lbs. If ordinary postage stamps are used, "Special Handling" must be written on package. SPECIAL DELIVERY Provided for all classes of mail. Fee additional to postage. First Class Up to 2 lbs., 10c.; over 2 lbs. and up to 10 lbs., 20c. over 10 lbs., 25c. Had an oyster supper, cards, candy sandwiches and drinks, Filsons, Marraye and Ethels sister & husband were there. Had a nice time but did it pour on us coming home. We stayed the rest of night up home. I sewed on Ava's dress; then in eve took alvins and went to shower for Rachel & Husband. Had a nice time there too. Still rainy tho.
