[[preprinted]] Wednesday, January 8, 1941 8th Day - 357 Days to Follow [[double line]] [[/preprinted]] Want to iron as I did not do anything much. Must sew some. Have 2 dresses to make for myself and a blouse and dress for Peggy. Went to see the new baby last evening. He is nice as can be, slept the whole evening our battery was down and two different people Kindly pushed us. I thank them much for it. [[end page]] [[start page]] [[preprinted]] Thursday, January 9, 1941 9th Day - 356 Days to Follow [[double line]] [[/preprinted]] Still loafing. Have some sewing but I can't get started somehow Clarence went to a sale. Uncle Frank stopped for vinegar but we did not have any must make some next year. We did not go to the belling but we will go to the shower tomorrow night.
