Then we took Margaret to practice Then we went to see Chas Boyer & Margaret Sullivan in Back Street It was very good. I had a terrific Headache So went to bed early. Heard from Ava She is coming down. [[end page]] [[start page]] [[preprinted]] Friday, May 9, 1941 129th Day-236 Days to Follow [[double line]] [[/preprinted]] Recital Day for Peg. Hope she does nicely. It is rainy but not bad Newell Freer wants Clarence to disk 14 acres for him today So that means chores. Gwynn will help me (I hope). Hope the folks can come. Margaret just did fine in her Recital I was pleased She is just a little timid, but I think she will snap out of it. Auntie came down and Grandma & Grandpa came.
