Manufacturers New York. Chicago [[/right margin preprinted vertical]] HOUR OF MEETING. The Board met at the Institution at 10 o'clock, A.M. PRESENT. The Honorable Edward D. White, Chief Justice of the United States, Chancellor, in the Chair; The Honorable Thomas R. Marshall, Vice President of the United States; Senator Henry Cabot Lodge; Senator Charles S. Thomas; Representative Lemuel P. Padgett; Representative Frank. L. Greene; Representative John A. Elston; The Honorable George Gray; Mr. John B. Henderson; Mr. Henry White; Mr. Robert S. Brookings; and The Secretary, Mr. Charles D. Walcott. NON-ATTENDANCE. The Secretary presented the regrets of Senator McCormick and Dr. A. Graham Bell who were unable to attend owing to absence from the country; and of Mr. Choate, who had arrived in Washington for the purpose of attending the meeting, bit who had been called away from the city by an important professional engagement.
