Chas Taylor led prayer - The roll was then called - Prest. Richd Holland p ^[p] ^[p p p p] V. P. Wm Davis a ^[a] ^[p a a p] Sec. F. G. Hall p ^[a] ^[a a a a] Treas. H. V. Plummer a ^[a] ^[a a p p] Chap. Sanders Plummer a ^[a] ^[a a a a] Mar. Chas Turner Sr. p ^[a] ^[a a p a] Chrm. Com Sick - Chas Taylor p ^[p] ^[p p p p] Report from committee (sick) by the chairm. - no sick Applications were then called for- Mrs. Mariah Nathon's app. was presented and received [[left margin]] Paid $3.50 [[/left margin]] Monthly dues were then taken up. Receipts $16.10 paid to sexton 50.¢, $16.10 - .50 = $15.60 /[[underlined]] Adjourned [[/underlined]] Nov 12" 77 Society met 8 o'clock donations taken up [[10.90?]] payed sexton .50 Dec. 3d, 1877 Union Association met at 8 o'clock Was called to order by R. Evening $14.50 February Union Association met at 1/2 past eight the meeting was called to order by R Hollen Prayer was offered by Bro Taylor, after which the monthly dues was taken up to the amount of $4.70 Paid to. V. P. And Several names were taken from the Childrens list - and put on the full list - donations were then taken up to the amount of $10.45 ^[[J V Bumbry Sectary Pro tem]] Sec 50- Sexton 50 - 100 - 45 = 9.45 A resolution was offered by H. V. Plummer that is Be it And it is hereby ordered that hereafter the initation fee shall be $3.00 for All persons becoming members of this Association. [[indent]] And be it further ordered that All persons that owe more than $13.00 do have an opportunity Availing themselves of this opporutnity. this resolution was offered for 2 months [[Adjourned?]]
