Washington Dec. 18 1865 Col. Whittlesey, Dr. Sir, Some time since I wrote to you for possession of my coach shops in Plymouth NC. and in answer to my letter you instructed me to send you a coppy of the Amnesty oath. Which I did, but have not since heard from you, and have concluded that you failed to receive my letter, and here send the original amnesty oath. Please send me an order for the property to this place, and Oblige Yours Respectfully J. S. Fulford
