[[encircled: 4]] got us 3 different species of [[Sloshy?]]corals (whip-coral, sea fan, and a Gorgonian from 40 feet under the ship, — handsome specimens 4 to 5 feet tall— said there were larger ones but that he [[good?]] not manage them. Altogether our [[Bucco?]] Reef — Crown Point collecting was more than we expected. Yesterday at 10:30 or so we upped anchored, headed for Man of War Bay just to pick up [[Corwin]] and Darcie who had undertaken another through the forest [[?]] last several [[miles]] they more or less had to cut their own trail. We got them off the shore a bit south of [[Molv]] Bay and started for St.Lucia for stores and water. It was a rough and boisterous passage up — but no one was sea-sick or missed a meal — no rest for the cook, most of us stood watches through the night — I was on with Will.
