^[[checkmark]] Dec. 15th, 1934. Dear Mrs. Teagle: I have heard from a mutual friend that you have been looking at some paintings recently and, therefore I am taking the liberty of writing you these few lines to tell you that we have just been given for sale by one of our clients, ^[[strikethrough]]even[[/strikethrough]]^[[?]] very fine 18th Century French and English Portraits, and also three extremely interesting 18th Century English hunting pictures, which we are now in a position to offer at very advantageous prices. You undoubtedly know my firm by reputation, as we are one of the oldest firms of art dealers, and have been established in New York for nearly fifty years, and Paris for nearly sixty years. Sometime when you are in town, it would give me great pleasure to show you these paintings, if you would care to call in at our Galleries. Very truly yours, (Clyfford Trevor) Mrs. Walter C. Teagle, Lee Shore, Port Chester, N.Y. ^[[GS]]
