Eleocharis - |artic; 4 to 6 ft wet places Lima also Callao Eleocharis - | like capitatus: 8 inch. Callao - Fimbrystiles - | 1 to 2 ft, short leaves Callao - Submaritme Scirpus - | like locustis. but triquet: upright 12 ft form dense leds: spikelets small inflorescence near terminal. mouth of Rimac - Scirpus - | same habit. cylind. but small diam trailing through bushes and forming tangled masses. 6 to 12 feet - 1 to 6 sessile spklets. Callao Scirpus - | perhaps not different but stem rather thicker & triquitrous, also common in wet places near Callao.
