WJ ES May 18, 1927 C. Ledyard Blair, Esq., 24 Broad Street, New York City. Dear Sir: According to your request on calling at our galleries, we are holding ready very carefully packed the two small terra cotta busts by Marin which you had left with us on sale. These busts were covered by us by insurance during their stay at our galleries, and we wish to say that this insurance will automatically stop as soon as the busts leave these premises. If you should desire us to attend further to the insurance, we shall be glad to do so at your request. We note that when sending for the busts, you will have presented a written order signed by you. We are informing our Mr. Germain Seligmann that in case he should like to have them at the galleries again, we could write to you for them. very truly yours, JACQUES SELIGMANN & CO., Inc, By
