Shulz — Lock Smith to repair locks fit keys & furnish new locks for the rooms at these Barracks — including school-rooms Soup house &c — of which the following is the bill — as presented — 78 Locks at 80 cts $62.40 1 Locks small at 50 cts 50 28 Brass Keys at 25 cts 7.00 30 Iron Keys at 20 cts 6.00 For putting on locks & other fastenings charged to James Morrison (colored) and deducted from the amt. due him on contract for repairs 29.25 [[tally line]] $105.15 Extra putting on lock 25 [[tally line]] Total $105.40 Paid [[?]] Morrison 29.25 [[tally line]] 76.15 Examined & found correct as per agreement — J.
