Returns Vouchers signed and requests monthly payments of his property occupied by the Bureau if possible No. 6 Spurrier's Ct Lexington St. Balt. June 28th 1867. Dr Sir. Your communication of the 20th Inst. Enclosing Vouchers for June's rent of No. 132 Penna Avenue, came duly to hand. I beg leave to enclose the same, properly signed to thank you for arranging the matter of the rent of the 19th St. property, and to state that in view of the fact that our income from the property in the occupancy of the Govt is our only means of support - and hardly sufficient to meet our expenses, as they occur - I would much prefer
