[[Left page]] NORTH COUNTRY HUNT [there are two pictures] [top picture one African American hunter shooting rifle and one African American hunter squatting shooting a rifle. ] UP IN THE NORTH COUNTRY, weather permitting, the gunner can go out and bag a sizable part of the plentiful game. The photograph reproduced above was taken at Lake Bowstring, Minn. If you are a good shot, this type of sport can prove to be great going in any part of the Nation. If you are not so good, it is best to stay home and practice up - or just stay home. [2nd side picture, two male hunters african american decent] HERE ARE TWO SATISFIED HUNTERS (left). They have just returned from a triumphant outing behind their guns west of the Illinois North Shore. Left to right, they are Norman Peree, of Chicago and Thomas Brown, of Glencoe, Ill. In their quarry may be seen two prized pheasants which thrive in that part of the country. These hunters are pictured in Mr. Brown's yard after an adventurous outing.
