3 he has put 2 years study into one year, & graduates this Spring. He has nothing but his wits poor fellow, & I dont know what use Emma has for him anyhow. I wish you would ask Aunt Sarah how old Cecil was when he Showed much taste for [[music?]]. Harry does so nicely, runs & plays chords which he hunts out - he can play any how when I give him the note of the scale. I dont know whether it is only clever interest, as for mathematics, or whether he has talent like Cecil. How blissful I would be if it might be so. His little hands are so flexible & he looks So cute sitting at the piano. He seems to have a good deal of an idea of Sound, & says he can tell right away when he plays a chord "if it sounds right." I do think it is pretty bad for you & Mary to be out after dark - I prefer that you should not be a "bijou". Your Sister.
