The International Strategic Institute at Stanford (ISIS) administers two affiliated programs: the Center for International Security and Arms Control and the Northeast Asia-United States Forum on International Policy. Both the Center and the Forum bring together Stanford University faculty members from several scholarly disciplines with senior specialists from around the world for research projects, seminars and conferences, and international scholarly exchange. The Center and the Forum sponsor publications series, including occasional papers, special reports, working papers, conference reports, reprints, and, through Stanford University Press, ISIS Studies in International Security and Arms Control and ISIS Studies in International Policy. The opinions expressed in these publications are those of the authors and do not represent positions of the Center or Forum, their supporters, or Stanford University.
