CONSULATE GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA 30 ROCKEFELLER PLAZA NEW YORK June 5, 1939. Miss Lee Ya-ching, Hotel Stevens, Michigan Blvd. at Balbo Drive, Chicago, Illinois. Dear Miss Lee: I have received your letter of June 3rd in which you inform me that you inform me that you are about to end your flight across the continent and back that you will return to New York on the 20th of June. I rejoice in the success with which you will have ended your mission and wish to assure you that we shall be prepared to give you a rousing welcome upon your arrival here.
