Oscar Correia Consul General of Brazil 10 Rockefeller Plaza New York City Sir and dear Colleague: May I inform you that according to information at my disposal, Miss Lee Ya-ching is proceeding to Central and South America, including the countries of Venezuela, Brazil, Cuba, and Mexico, in connection with her work for the Chinese News Service and United China Relief. She will give lectures on China in these countries from time to time, and will return to China within two years in case she does not come back to the United States. Any courtesy extended to her will be greatly appreciated.
