QUALITY KNITTING CO., Inc. MANUFACTURERS OF MEN'S AND LADIES' UNDERWEAR STOWE, PA. ______ GILES & HISCH, INC. 350 BROADWAY, NEW YORK EXCLUSIVE SELLING AGENTS August 9, 1944 ONE DAY CLOSER TO "VICTORY" Miss Lee Ya-ching: I have written to the United China Relief asking for your services at the United War Fund dinner this year in Pottstown. As Chairman, I feel your presence would be a great asset to our Community on behalf of the United China Relief of which I am also Chairman. As there are a few Chinese students working at a local aircraft factory, a very nice and interesting meeting could be worked up by inviting them to come as our guests. Mrs. Hunter joins me in extending to you an invitation to come to our apartment at Ocean City for a few days' vacation. We have ample room and should be very pleased to have you as our guest. Our address now is 1017 Ocean Avenue, Ocean City, New Jersey. Ocean City is one of the finest resorts on the East Coast, and I am sure you would gain great benefit from a visit there. We will be looking forward to hearing favorably from you. Yours for VICTORY, /s/ Ernest V. Hunter EVH/f
