The name of the victim was [[?]] This section of country would be a very fine point for an Agency of the Bureau - & I write for the special purpose of calling your attention to the same. The Counties of Harrison, Hancock & Jackson- lying on the sound- and possessing rare facilities of climate & location for union people- are entirely occupied by rebels. And even the fashionable watering places along the coast = Bay of st Louis, Handboro, Pass Christian, Biloxi & Ocean Springs- are rendered intolerable & unsafe to Union people--x [[margin]] May require [?---?]] [/margin]]
