Arkadelphia Ark, August 31st, 1869 Mr. W.M. Colby, Dear Sir, Enclosed please find our report for August. We made out two reports before, by Mr. Casey's advice, as he regards it as being two separate schools. We still continue well, although Miss Gelman is taking quinine occasionally & does not feel as strong as she would wish. We are rejoicing because the term is now nearly through, in our eyes, the first half being passed. Not that it is an unpleasant school but the heat & numbers make it very wearisome. We hope you found Mrs.
