* Not sure about the very bottom of the image with the numbers.
Regarding the above note: I removed the [[margin]] and [[/margin]] notations and added the numbers and strikethrough to a header column.

I also began reorganizing this into the columns and rows shown by the lined pages (5 columns vs 12 columns), organizing text top-to-bottom and left-to-right. I think trying to guess where the many handwritten rows might be is difficult without information in them. **Added a page break. finished reformatting through line 8r.
