[[illegible]] [[illegible]] [[illegible]] Very Respectfully E M Wheelock Lt. & Secty. April 18th Lt April 18th Dr. P.B. Randolph School Agent [[?]] Inspected for the last week. I put your total attendance as 115 pupils. This number is too large. Transfer the pupils over 100 to the No. [[?]] School at the cnr. Union & St Charles Sts. Very Respectfully E M Wheelock Lt. & Secty.
