and related the facts to him, and stated as [[?]] he continued to provide and care for them, that they would become a charge on the county they being unable to provide for themselves, which he was advised by Judge Starke to make his application and have them bound to him as apprentices, the same as if they were white children which Judge Starke did, making no distinction between them and a white child, the said Moore obligating to provide for them comfortably and to educate them &c. further this man Moore is a kind and humane man, and a man that cares well and provides bountifully for his household further in a very moral man, and well qualified
