Food, fruit peeling, water or other liquids shall not be thrown on the floor or on car seats, particularly in the dining cars. F. Each person shall keep his car seat and space around the seat clean and tidy at all times. V. Evacuees will not be allowed to take lunches containing meat products on to the train as adequate meals will be furnished en route. Fresh fruit and other non-perishable food products which will not spoil may be taken on the train in limited amounts for between-meal lunches. VI. The Car Captain and the Train Monitor shall be responsible for the enforcement of all of the above rules. Each evacuee is requested to cooperate with the Car Captain in observing the rules. FRANK E.
