[[Resol No 10?]] Resolved that Honorable N.B Johnson, judge of the 12th Judicial District Court of the State of Oklahoma, [[strikethrough]] knowing that he [[strikethrough]] possesses all the qualities desired in a member of the Claims Commission, and knowing that he will be [[strikethrough]] fearless [[/strikethrough]] honest, fearless, and impartial as evidenced by his record on the bench, we therefor respectfully recommend his appointment as one of the members of the Indian Claims Commission.
