Transcription
Resolved that we the delegates to the National Congress of American Indians meeting in convention at the Capitol in the State of Oklahoma express to Governor Kerr, Ben Dwight, the Chamber of Commerce, the citizens of the City and the Indians of this great State our most beautiful Capitol building, and willing help in making this our Third Annual Convention a success. We have been guests to a perfect host. Thanks Governor Kerr and the citizens of your beautiful city. We leave with pleasant memory and may God bless you and your people. We wish to thank the ladies who served us tea and have treated us so kindly, we especially wish to thank Mrs. Kerr who has made us feel welcome to your city. We leave this city carrying with us most pleasant memories and a desire to return at some future date. Copies suggest that secy send copies to all parties contributing to the success (holding) of convention
