Christi Himmelfahrt = Ascension Day Heuert = old old name for July in german calendar 'geschwibelt' isn't a word, 'geschwabbelt' is close this writer is not a native german speaker, clues from mis-spelling of common short words and gaps in the syntax someone has been doing really well with these, the last 8 lines need to be worked on!! pretty sure this is German Yes, German written using (very old) Suetterlin script update - checked the transcription so far and everything seems right
