I am now assured that there will be no difficulty. The Act has passed the State Senate without modification & is now before the House of Delegates. In answer to your request for a copy of the "Act of Incorporation & last Catalogue" I am sorry to state that I have no copy of the Act having been compelled to use my retained copy by way of sending it to Richmond with certain corrections. I will however secure a copy if possible & send it to you. The existing charter granted by the Judge of the Circuit Court I believe you have that provides for no distinction of color The "catalogue" has as yet been issued - only [[strikethrough]] an [[/strikethrough]] occasional Circulars which [[strikethrough]] is [[/strikethrough]] are very incomplete Yours very truly S.
