there is much to be done yet to make the colored people happy, many are without a home to Stay at Some have Bought homes & some are building but fear they'll be burned down the are discurged in many ways But our school houses are not changed yet. Our princiable teacher is Mrs L. Huffman She has placed Miss Belle Hudson & Miss Landona Simes here our this School, so we are in need of a house of our own. O may the Lord send us aid & we ll git a place. this is our october Report. Plese excuse - bad. I am your friend & hope God will bless the cause every where
