Notes on Transcribing this page (optional)
This is a rotated version of the page before it. Once that page is marked complete, just copy and paste the transcription here...no need to reinvent the wheel. It appears there was a later attempt to "edit" the text. Transcribed as I think writer intended. There are notes on the sides that changed the writing- so the wording probably doesn't match the original text. I don't know how to input side notes as part of the transcript i googled "sepalation" (from previous transcribe) and found sepals, its a green part in a flower- "sepalated" could have been a fancier term for green
This section can be used to communicate any questions or concerns to Smithsonian staff, as well as other volunteers, about this transcription. Do not use to transcribe extraneous notes made by collector or other institutions.
