Meline, Col. & Ch'f Bureau Civil Affairs. Bt. Col. Ehlers S.A. Com'r L.R. 416, Vol. 2 Respectfully referred to W. B. Moore Agent &c., Crawfordville Ga., through Bt. Col. E. M. L. Ehlers S., A. Com'r, Augusta Ga., for thorough investigation - If the fact, be found as stated, he will seize, if possible, three or four times the value of the debt in personal property, and hold until an equitable settlement be made - reporting your action to this office with return of these papers.
