Clown shows the board with example pre-made puppets 4. 12:10 Hula hoop activity continues just outside the tent. 5. Children learn how to work the hula hoops on their hips, ankles, and wrists. 6. 12:15 The participants make eyes, eyebrows, hair, and clothes on the puppets. 7. The materials used include yarn and feathers - markers as well as foam press ons add a unique touch. 8. 12:28 Two children toss hoola hoops seperatley then a couple in tandem A picture is taken; a young boy holds his puppet up along side a presenter, Dr. Denis.
