Please secure from the Bureau Agent of Columbus, Texas an explanation of his conduct, within set forth. These soldiers should have their commutation accounts promptly made out, and forwarded for collection. By command, Bvt. Maj. Gen. Griffin, ASM Saylor 2nd Lt. 17. US Infty A.A.A.G.
