444 #33 Ferry Avenue, Detroit, Michigan, August 31st, 1904. Messrs. Thomas Meehan & Sons, Incorporated, Germantown, Philadelphia, Pa. Gentlemen:-- Replying to your note of the 5th of July, I am not at present in need of any Japanese Maples, but during the latter part of September, I shall want a few vines and other stock. Can you furnish, say half a dozen of each of the following clematis:-- Clematis Mongolica, Clematis Viticella, Clematis Vitalda. Would be glad to receive a copy of your large catalogue.
