Charges payable on delivery. The Bill of Lading and this Notice must be presented when Freight is called for.

Freight shipped under Straight Bill of Lading will be delivered only to Consignee or on his written order. Freight shipped under Order Bill of Lading will be delivered only upon the surrender of the Bill of Lading, properly endorsed.

"FREIGHT NOT REMOVED WITHIN THE FREE TIME DESIGNATED IN THIS COMPANY'S TARIFFS IS SUBJECT TO CAR SERVICE AND STORAGE CHARGES AS PROVIDED IN SUCH TARIFFS."

Claims for Loss, Damage or Delay must be must in writing to the carrier at the point of delivery or at the point of origin within four months after delivery of the property; or, in case of failure to make delivery, then within four months after a reasonable time for delivery has elapsed. Unless claims are so made the carrier shall not be liable. 

Freight delivery only upon presentation of this Bill. Property must be removed within 48 hours.
