Howe Louisville Ky Dr Sir: I have been informed by my Attorney that my claim for Bounty for Winy Parker my wife, as "Parents" of Cato Parker Co "F" 116th has been allowed by Certificates 617.026 & 618.793. I put in my claim in Paris Ky & you may have sent the papers there. My wife & myself are now living here. Will you please send the papers to me at this place, if you have them, and oblige Yrs very respectfully Cato Parker his X mark Witnesses J S Randall W.M. Black
