Pine Bluff, Ark March 13th., 1866 Jane Fletcher Applies for restoration of Lot No. 4, Block 15 in Pine Bluff, Ark - [[stamp]] Rec'd. MAR 20 B.R.F. & A.L. Mo. & Ark. [[/stamp]] L.R 497 166 Bureau R.F & A.L. Mo and Ark Little Rock Ark Mch 21/66 Respectfully referred to Capt Wallace, Supt. &c at Pine Bluff, for information in whose name the within property is registered and whether in use by the Bureau. By Order of Brig Gen'l J. W. Sprague Asst Comr Geo E. Dayton Chief Clerk. E. 184. Office Bureau R.F & AL Pine Bluff March 29, 1866 Respectfully returned to Brig Genl J W Sprague Asst Commissioner with the information that the property is registered in this office in the name of John Messenger a non resident and that the property is not in use by the Bureau - rent being collected for the same by the Superintendent I would respectfully call your attention to the communication of S. A. Lockhart which accompanies these papers Edward T Wallace Capt. V.R.C. & Supt Bureau RF & AL #. 201.
