Little Rock Ark. Sept 6th 1865

In the above  case after consideration, it is ordered that the lands & tenements above mentioned, be released by the Government & given up to the applicant provided that no rents already paid to the U.S. Government will be refunded. 

It is also considered that any & all parties whatsoever who may now be occupying the land, may have the privilege of taking off this years crops unmolested by all parties whatsoever & all rents &c occurring not already paid to the U.S. Govt will be held to be paid to this applicant aforesaid.
