Gustavus Eason should be arrested by civil authorities and tried, and an application be made to them to such an end. If they fail to comply, G.O. No. 44 A.G.O. will be followed out, on application and a statement where he can be found, a guard will be furnished. The same action will be taken in regard to the persons who interfered with Marshall in the discharge of his duty. Proceedings in the case of Private Marshall by the Civil Authorities will be stayed [[Footnote 1]] C.190.
