It's not totally clear if the lines that start, "Sh hd 2.2, 2.1 2.2" and "2.4 2.5 (Sh hd 2.5, 2.4" are insertions referring to the line below, or if they're a continuation of the description above. I've transcribed them as the latter, but that's just a guess. -@mnathan
