Asst Surg. of Post New Berne June 29" 1865 [[Footnote 1]] | Represents that he has charge of a Hospl. accomodating 75 patients, which he has used for Freedmen, and as no appropriation has been made for medical supplies or attendance, he wishes to know if any authority can be given for such.
