8th March, 1957

My dear Germain Seligman,

My colleague, Peter Chance, and his wife are making a visit to America, leaving London on the 17th March arriving New York on the 18th. They will be in New York for a week or so.

I have told them to call on you and shake your hand, and I would be obliged if you would help them in any way you can to make their visit to New York as interesting and pleasant as possible.

It is not the first time they have been over but you probably know of things they should see that they have not already seen.

Yours sincerely,
